Delivery terms

SIA “REO LAT”, LV 41503036975, legal address Minskas 8-18, Daugavpils, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER, provides the content available on the website https://rullohome.lv, hereinafter referred to as the E-SHOP, and provides services in accordance with the terms and conditions, delivery terms, goods return policy, and other terms and conditions set out below.

If the BUYER, through the use of the internet, purchases the products offered in the E-SHOP, hereinafter referred to as GOODS, then such a mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the legal norms regulating Distance Contracts, including Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, the Republic of Latvia "Consumer Rights Protection Law", and the Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers "Regulations regarding Distance Contracts".

The BUYER places an order through the E-SHOP, indicating the type and quantity of the goods to be ordered. The price of the Goods is indicated in the E-SHOP in EUR currency, including value-added tax of 21%.

In the SHOPPING CART section, the BUYER provides the SELLER with the necessary information, selects the most suitable delivery method, and the payment procedure.

The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

ORDER DELIVERY:

The SELLER provides the following delivery options:

  • Omniva parcel machines;
  • The BUYER receives the order at Tērbatas iela 55, Riga. Orders can be received in person on business days from 10:00 to 18:00.
  • The BUYER receives the order at Kandavas iela 4c, Daugavpils. Orders can be received in person on business days from 10:00 to 17:00.

Orders can be received via Omniva parcel machines. Delivery throughout Latvia to Omniva parcel machines is 3.00 EUR (including 21% VAT of 0.52 EUR).

Delivery time is within 1-4 business days after receipt of the invoice payment. Delivery costs are according to the selected delivery method.

ORDER PAYMENT:

Purchases in the E-shop can be paid for via internet banking (Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor) or by paying an advance invoice.
