RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

14‑day right of withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive 2023/2673, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period starts on the day the customer receives the goods.

Return shipping costs

If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
These costs are not reimbursed unless the return is due to an error on the part of SIA REO LAT.

When SIA REO LAT covers the return shipping

We cover return shipping costs if:

• the wrong item was delivered;
• the product is defective or has a manufacturing fault;
• the product was damaged during delivery.

In these cases, we provide free return shipping or product replacement.

Condition of returned goods

Returned goods must be:

• unused;
• undamaged;
• with original tags and packaging;
• clean and free of scents (perfume, household smells, etc.).

The customer is responsible for any decrease in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to verify the product’s characteristics.

How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact us in writing at:
info@rullohome.lv, providing:

• order number;
• name and surname;
• reason for return (optional);
• photos if the item is damaged.

Goods must be returned to:
Kandavas Street 4C, Daugavpils, LV‑5401, or another designated return point.

Refund

Refunds are issued:

• within 14 days after the returned goods are received and inspected,
• using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

SIA REO LAT may withhold the refund until the goods have been received and checked.
