Right of withdrawal
If the Client is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Protection Law (a natural person who purchases the item(s) for a purpose not related to their economic activity), the Client may exercise the right of withdrawal. In accordance with the provisions of the Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 255 "Regulations on Distance Contracts," the consumer has the right to return the item purchased on www.rullohome.lv back to SIA REO LAT within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
The period for exercising the right of withdrawal will expire after 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day the Client or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Client has acquired physical possession of the goods.
The Client shall inform SIA REO LAT about the return by providing written notice (reolat@apollo.lv) indicating the item to be returned and the order number. When returning the item(s), the Client may use the attached withdrawal form.
Consequences of withdrawal
If the Client withdraws from this contract, SIA REO LAT shall refund all payments received from the Client, excluding delivery costs. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that the Client used for the initial transaction, unless the Client has expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, the Client will not be charged any fees in connection with such a refund. SIA REO LAT may withhold the refund until it has received the item(s) back or until the Client has provided proof that the item(s) have been sent back, whichever occurs earlier.
The Client shall send the goods to the REO LAT address: Kandavas iela 4C, Daugavpils, LV-5401, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day the Client notified SIA REO LAT of their decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline is met if the Client sends the item(s) back before the period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days has expired.
The return of goods is subject to the following conditions:
- the returned item(s) must be in the original packaging;
- the items must not be damaged
- the items have not been used and have not lost their commercial appearance (labels preserved, security films, etc.), (this does not apply to products already damaged during delivery);
- the item(s) being sent back must be in the same condition as they were upon receipt;
- the client must cover the direct costs of the return.
The Client is only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the goods were used for purposes other than to establish the type, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
